Q1. Are you a manufacturer or trade company? 

A: We are a manufacturer and trading company with 1 workshops and 100 employees in Shenzhen City 

Q2. What's Your MOQ?

A: Small order can be accepted if we have in stock. The MOQ for OEM order is 2000pcs. 

Q3. Is it OK to print my logo on product? 

A: Welcome. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample. 

Q4. Is the sample free? 

A:Yes 

Q5. How about payment?

A: 30% as deposit, 70% balance before delivery. You can pay through Alibaba Assurance, TT, paypal, western union, etc.. 

Packing and Delivery

1.Delivery: 1~2 working days for sample, 5~9 working days for production.

2. Shipment terms: UPS/DHL/FEDEX/EMS, or Your request.

3.Sample charger/refund policy: we ensure to refund the fee once after the first order, sample fee 100% payment in advance.

4.Payment terms: T/T, Western Union, 30% Deposit before production,70% balance should be paid before shipment.

Quality Check

1. All raw material and accessories must be checked or tested before entering products facilities all unqualified materials are immediately rejected.

2. We provide quality control testing and analysis for each product line

3. Workers manufacture products in accordance with provided technical document The first several products of each day will be checked first by the worker, then by our full time QC inspector. Mass production will began only if the products have been tested and have passed inspection.

4. During mass production, personel will periodically check products to ensure randomized testing.

5. Our QC team completely a tour of inspection and parts are spot checked before they are able to move on to the next phase in production

6. Finished products are checked to determine their quality level

7. Quality feedback from the marketing department is rapaidly and efficiency, delivered to the QC and technical departments, allowing design improvements and corrections to happen as quickly as possible.
